3D FIRE AND GAS DETECTOR MAPPING



Using our 3D Fire and Gas Mapping Application, gas scenario coverage and fire geographic coverage are optimized to maximize detector coverage. The study complies with ISA -TR84.00.07-2018 guidance and results are presented in 3D Cad format.




CONSEQUENCE MODELING



Consequence modeling is performed with DNV-GL PHAST Software. Flammable and toxic dispersion, pool and ​jet fire, flash fire, bleve and vapor cloud explosion, etc. are estimated.


Time varying is taking into account when modeling consequences. The failure mode of ESD, Blowdown and Fire and Gas detection systems are evaluated in the exposure time of consequences.


Consequences are presented in standard 2D footprint and side view from PHAST and 3D Cad format.





QUANTITATIVE RISK ANALYSIS (QRA)



Given de consequence assessment of the study from PHAST Software, frequency and risk modeling are performed in our Consequence and Risk Modeling 3D Cad Application.

HAZOP/LOPA/SIL-SIS STUDIES



In order to conduct a successful SIL/SIS Study, the Functional Safety Expert that conducts the study must be familiar with hazardous events and sequence of events leading to it as well as safeguards. It is highly recommended that the Functional Safety Expert conducts the process hazard analysis like HAZOP/What If, that clearly identifies the hazardous events, frequency, consequence, and safeguards for further Safety Integrity Level determination.
